I like people who can hold a real conversation. The ones who know how to keep things interesting without trying too hard. Good music, late nights, and coffee will probably always be favorites of mine. I enjoy people who are comfortable being themselves. Confidence gets my attention, but authenticity is what keeps it. A good sense of humor never hurts either. And I've noticed that the people who leave the strongest impression are usually the ones who don't reveal everything about themselves right away. A little curiosity can be surprisingly attractive. I notice the same probably more than most people realize. The questions people ask, the things they say, the little moments they reveal more than words ever could. I've learned that curiosity is attractive, as is confidence. The people who keep my attention the longest are usually the ones who make me wonder about things a little bit more. Most people only get a first impression. A few stay long enough to discover there's more to me than that. Those tend to be my favorite people. Not because they try harder. But because they're curious enough to look a little deeper. The truth is, I'm usually much more interesting once I'm comfortable. I've learned that chemistry is a strange thing. Sometimes it appears instantly, and other times it builds so slowly that you don't notice it until it's already there. The people I remember most are usually the ones who enjoy the conversation, the anticipation, the teasing, and everything that happens in between. Because the best connections rarely happen all at once.
